Report your on-time rent payments to to build your credit. Receive rewards & incentives such as gift cards to select brands and boost credit just by paying rent on-time.
Free security deposit charge review.
When you move out, you can request a third-party maintenance team to do an independent review of your security deposit charges, comparing them to market norms.

This benefit guarantees move-in maintenance completion in a 2-week time period. If work is not completed within this timeline, you’ll receive a $50 gift card to Doordash.
Break something? We got you.
Receive up to $5,000 in reimbursements for accidental damage caused to the property. Claims may be made twice per quarter, up to a $1,250 value.
Locked out? Get reimbursed for the locksmith fee.
Lockouts happen to everyone, usually at the most inconvenient times. We're here to help you with the cost burden of calling a locksmith. With this benefit, you’ll receive up to $50 to be reimbursed for a lockout.
Free hotel stay in case of emergency.
If certain after-hours emergency situations cannot be resolved promptly, we will reimburse you $250 for any overnight stay at a hotel.
Missed an appointment? Get reimbursed.
If you get charged a trip fee for a missed maintanence appointment, you will be eligible for reimbursement for up to 50% of the cost.
Clogs are super annoying.
When you’re dealing with clogged or slow drain issues, you can request free preventative supplies to clear your drain so you can fix it quickly.
Forget to pay rent? We'll waive your fee.
Late rent payment fee can be waived twice per lease term. Payment must be made by the 20th of the month to have the fee waived.

All previous residents of New Age will have their brokerage fee completely waived when they buy or sell property through us!
