Diane Caprario has over 40 years of property management, leasing, and real estate bookkeeping experience. She has actively leased and managed Philadelphia Real Estate since she founded the company in 1986. Shortly after forming the business, her husband joined her to help oversee the operations. Over the years, with the help of a wonderful staff, the company has grown to what it is today!
The Founding of New Age Realty Group, Inc.
New Age Realty Group, Inc. began its journey on March 24, 1986, founded by Diane Caprario in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, before establishing headquarters in Philadelphia later that same year. Diane, leaving her role at another management group, embraced the challenge of self-employment by launching her own property management company. Starting out alone in University City, she navigated the local real estate market, built community connections, and took on the full responsibilities of an owner for the first time—all of which required a lot of time, energy, and, most importantly, hard work. Diane's husband, Bart, joined her at New Age in 1995, adding his property management expertise and support to the company.
Over the years, New Age Realty Group’s headquarters moved around West Philadelphia, with main offices at 3200 Powelton Ave, 410 N 32nd St, and 3301 Powelton Ave, and a satellite office at 4627 Baltimore Ave. In 2014, New Age began construction on its new home on Spring Garden, completing it the following year. By 2019, the company consolidated its operations to its current location at 3070 Spring Garden St.
From the start, Diane and Bart prioritized a relaxed and positive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and support without a micromanaging approach. In property management, where collaboration is key to effectively marketing listings, onboarding clients, and addressing various issues, this team-focused atmosphere has proven invaluable. This culture has become a cornerstone of New Age Realty's identity, helping bring in like-minded team members and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Reflecting on her journey, Diane shares:
"If I had to start New Age all over again, and wash out all the years, I’d be very nervous—the financial concerns, the new area. But honestly, I wouldn’t change anything. There were steps that we had to take, and each one contributed to our growth. I think the most important thing my husband and I always believed in was honesty. If we made a mistake, we’d own up to it. And while that could sometimes upset owners, at least they knew we were being honest. I don’t think I’d change anything. I think we did really good.”

Christos Tzimoulis has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. As Broker of Record, he oversees all activities performed by New Age Realty and is active in sales and development operations within the company. Christos has an engineering degree and a Master’s degree in business management from Drexel University. He was born in Philadelphia, raised in Upper Darby, and now resides in Broomall with his wife and two young children. Christos is currently on the board of the Drexel Area Property Association (DAPA), where he acts as the Association’s Treasurer, and previously served on the Board of the Claude Giroux Foundation (CGF). He is also on the Board of the Parish Council of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, where he acts as the Council’s Secretary. For fun, he enjoys ALL sports and traveling as often as he can!

Dimitra Tzimoulis has over 15 years of leasing experience with New Age Realty Group. She oversees the Leasing Team, bringing her extensive knowledge and experience to the position to ensure that all areas of leasing are running smoothly. Dimitra graduated from Temple University with a degree in Elementary Education. Outside of work, Dimitra is actively involved in her church and enjoys going to the beach, travelling, and spending time with her kids and family.

Eric Hanson has been a landlord property manager for over 20 years in Philadelphia. As Property Manager, he works with the Service, Bookkeeping, and Leasing Departments in order to make sure the tenants and owners are having the best possible experience. Eric is a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin and lives right here in Philadelphia. He has two teenage boys and likes to spend his weekends running and cycling through our amazing parks and trails. Eric also enjoys volunteering for his children’s school and Sunday Breakfast Mission, and volunteering at Friends of the Wissahickon, Sharing Excess food pantry, and Schuylkill River Greenways as a Trail Ambassador.

Andrew Heller has nearly 10 years of experience managing buildings in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Prior to New Age, he managed movie theaters around the city, and worked as a building maintenance technician learning the ins and outs of the Philadelphia real estate landscape. Outside of work, he can be found checking out local breweries or fixing things around the house with his crew of 4 cats.

Tyler Keough is a graduate of Drexel University's Lebow College of Business (Class of 2022). Tyler started at New Age in March of 2021 as a Leasing Associate Co-op and transitioned into the Marketing role full-time right after graduation. He is an alumni of the fraternity Beta Theta Pi and the Drexel University Cheerleading Team, and is currently a volunteer member of Philly Cheer Elite. In his free time he enjoys music, video games, flea markets, and working with non-alcoholic craft beer brands across the country to connect their product to consumers online and at local events.
