How big is your portfolio?
We manage or lease over 1,200 units a year all over the Philadelphia area.
How do you advertise and fill vacant properties?
We take professional pictures, floorplans, and 3D tours. We post those on our website and over 30 other syndicated websites as well. Prospects can book a tour directly through our website, and we have 2 in-house leasing agents that will tour them through the property. They can then apply right where they booked the tour.
We also market through social media platforms, send targeted email campaigns, promote listings at local events, and utilize paid advertising across multiple channels.
What is your tenant screening process?
We require that tenants make 3X the rent, net income. We check credit history, criminal background, rental history, and perform income verification.
How can I know how my listing is performing?
We send all of our owners weekly reports on their listings outlining how many people have viewed their property, toured it, and applied.
How do you handle rent collection?
Tenants can pay rent through an online portal by linking their bank account or paying with card. They can also submit payment directly to our office with cash, certified funds, or personal checks.
