Who We Are
New Age Realty Group, Inc. currently has leasing and/or management responsibilities for several hundred units in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. New Age Realty is a licensed real estate broker (corporation) in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
New Age Realty employs individuals who are knowledgeable in leasing, sales, collections, bookkeeping, repairs, city code and procedure, administration, tenant/owner relations and contractor supervision. An office is maintained and staffed at 3301 Powelton Avenue to handle all the day to day operations.
New Age Realty has been active in the real estate industry in the Philadelphia area since 1986 and is incorporated in NJ with authority to do business in the state of Pennsylvania. In addition to management and leasing duties, New Age Realty is involved in the brokerage of investment-type real estate; more commonly with multi-family residential real estate.

Philosophy
New Age Realty Group, Inc., as managing agent for your real estate, will prepare and execute a plan for the day to day operations as well as an annual operating plan in order to manage your property so it will acheive its highest and best use. Every decision we make is made with our clients in mind and with the ultimate goal of maximizing our clients return on their investment.
New Age Realty offers a broad range of services: administrative, financial, preparation of contracts and other specialized needs. Over the years, we have developed contacts with vendors and suppliers, contract service companies, auditors, banking facilities, city officials and attorneys that are specifically oriented to serve the property management field. These contacts allow us to manage your real estate in a highly efficient manner.
Management Team
Mr. Barton Caprario (bart@newagerealtygroup.com), President, has over 35 years of property management and leasing experience. He has managed apartments, condominiums and shopping centers in the Delaware Valley and has been actively involved in Philadelphia real estate since 1981. Mr. Caprario is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. He is a CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager), a designation conferred by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); has served as Director, Vice President, and Treasurer to the New Jersey Council of the Multi-Housing Industry (MHI). He has served as Treasurer of Kings Croft Condominium Association and has completed all of the courses for CPM designation (Certified Property Manager). Mr. Caprario, as Broker of Record, oversees all activities performed by New Age Realty and is active in sales and development operations within New Age Realty.
Mrs. Diane Caprario (diane@newagerealtygroup.com), Vice President, has over 20 years of property management, leasing, and real estate bookkeeping experience. She has actively leased and managed Philadelphia real estate since 1986. Mrs. Caprario is a licensed PA Salesperson and directly supervises our leasing department.
Mr. Christos Tzimoulis (chris@newagerealtygroup.com) has over eight years of property management experience in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. He has an engineering degree and a Master's degree in business management from Drexel University. Mr. Tzimoulis is a licensed PA Salesperson and directly supervises our property management and tenant relations departments. In addition, Mr. Tzimoulis coordinates with the Leasing department and assists Mr. Caprario with Sales and Development projects.
